What is kPhone?

kPhone is a phone management system for iPhone, programmed to a standard set by MSHS.

How It Works


MSHS Sets The Standard

We have worked together with MSHS to design a system with apps and restrictions that meet the standards set by the school, yet still allow the girls to use their phones in a way they’ll enjoy.


Program Your Phone

We will be in the TAG Elementary School building from 8/31 – 9/2 for your convenience. Read more about that below.



For only $5 per month, we maintain the system and are on call for requests and support. Plus, no need to ever go in to a store, as everything is handled remotely.


We will be in TAG High School from Monday 8/31 until Wednesday 9/02.

In order to program your daughters phone quickly and efficiently, please ensure the following steps are done BEFORE bringing the phone to us:

1- The phone must be completely wiped. instructions on how to do that can be found here. Please make sure the phone is backed up before.

( Please note, due to a privacy policy restriction from apple, you will not be able to restore this phone from a backup. Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Notes, Voice Memos, Messages in iCloud, iCloud Photos, and shared photos, are all backed up automatically in iCloud and you will get them back. All other data will not be able to come back. )

Failure to bring the phone wiped will delay the process by over an hour.

2- Please make sure the phone is charged.

3- Please bring a credit card to process the $5 monthly fee.

If all steps were followed properly, it should only take 10 minutes to program your phone. Please choose from one of the following time windows:

Which iPhones Can Be Used?

All iPhones newer then the iPhone 5S will work with our system.

How much does kPhone cost?

There is a $5 monthly fee. This allows us to manage and monitor your daughter’s phone, as well as provide support and app requests.

You will also need to purchase cell phone service separately.

Does the kPhone come with cell phone service?

No, you will need to continue using your existing service plan.

Which apps are allowed?

The complete app list is being compiled, we will have it for you shortly.

How do we request a new app?

There will be a support app on the phone that will enable them to request new apps. All app requests must be approved by the school before we can allow them on the phone.

Do you filter other types of phones?

Not at this time, no. We have found that iPhone’s allow us the most security and flexibility while still enabling a user friendly experience.

Can we buy a new phone from you?

At this time we are not selling iPhones, we would recommend buying one from ebay or amazon and bringing it in to us.

How does my daughter download apps?

The phone will have a custom app store that only contains the approved apps.

Can we get our backup back?

Absolutely! If you want to remove the system from your daughters phone, you will be able to restore it to how it was before.

Can one of my other children get the kPhone system?

Unfortunately, at this time we only work with schools.

Will I ever need to go into a store?

Nope! All updates and requests are handled remotely.
